My 4 year old and 6 year old had an awesome experience the other day when issacofnineva helped them hear from God. He hid some objects in his back yard. After some worship and Scripture memorization, he asked my kids to ask God what was hidden in the back yard. He gave them some paper and crayons and the kids got just about every object! It was very exciting for mom and dad to see the drawings. Go God!
In response to the rather negative comment that was posted before, I would emphasize how important it is to learn how to hear from God - and "see" apart from the natural faculties. We are talking about having to learn a whole new way of hearing. Isaac of Ninevah is very gifted in training and equipping others to "see"/"hear" from God in new ways. Some of the things that he does with kids are tremendous. And as to the question about God's willingness to lead us to a shipwreck in the middle of the ocean - I think that is one of the most exciting ideas I've heard. Not only do I think He would do that, but I think maybe the thought/idea popping into your mind was a 'God thought'. I can't imagine all the Kingdom stuff I would begin to finance if He led me to a shipwreck!
