Abortion and the Covid-19 "Vaccines" - May 2022 Update
**POST SUMMARY** - only 1 of the 10 WHO authorized Covid-19 "Vaccines" is entirely free from being abortion-tainted and that is the Covaxin Vaccine by Bharat Biotech. For Covaxin, there is "no direct or indirect association with abortion" and can therefore be considered "ethically produced"
Globally there are now a total of 10 so-called "vaccines" for Covid that have been approved by the WHO for Emergency Use - the main ones are: 1. Pfizer, 2. Moderna, 3. Johnson & Johnson/Janssen, 4. AstraZeneca/Oxford, 5. Corbevax, 6. Novavax, and 7. Covaxin. I put "vaccine" in quotes because none of them except Covaxin actually functions as a vaccine.
In previous posts, I dealt with the fact that none of the accepted "vaccines" are ethically possible for Christians to endorse or use who are truly Pro-Life.

Several of them 'claim' to have not used abortion in their research, development and/or testing. And of course, this is a critical issue for Pro-Life Christians.

The following quotes are from his article. I am indebted to him and to the amazing Catholic Pro-Life website entitled "Children of God for Life". So often, it has been thoroughly Pro-Life Roman Catholics who have helped other Pro-Life Christians see clearly and apply our beliefs consistently. I am humbled by their meticulous research and tireless efforts in the fight against the greatest evil of our time the infanticide we call abortion.
*Corbevax?
"Initial indications were that Corbevax was ethically researched, developed, and tested, without connection to abortion. The research team did not directly use aborted fetal cell lines in their development and testing processes; however, a thorough review of the literature revealed the use of two biologics that are produced in aborted fetal cell lines."
He summarizes by applying the 'but for' test for Corbevax's claim to not be abortion-tainted
"The vaccine would not be here ‘but for‘ dependency on abortion."
*Novavax?
I have dealt with Novavax in a previous post as it was touted by many as being the "Christian Vaccine". The link for that post is given above.
"Novavax claims that their product did not make use of aborted fetal cell lines, not in any way in the development and/or testing of their vaccine candidate. However, their own scientific literature clearly describes an assessment performed by the Novavax development team that describes the use of HEK-293 cell lines"
*Covaxin?
"Now, for Covaxin. We [Children of God for Life] have looked at Covaxin very closely and we have found no direct or indirect association with abortion."
This is the good news. There is at least one of the "vaccines" which is ethically acceptable for Christians to use if they wanted to. The issue of Covaxin's safety and efficacy is another issue altogether. Its long-term effects are of course unknown.
The bad news?
Unfortunately at this time, Covaxin is only approved for usage in the following countries: Australia, Bahrain, Botswana, Estonia, Greece, Guyana, India, Iran, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, Oman, Paraguay, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Trinidad & Tobago, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.
And it doesn't look like there is much motivation to expand this list due to the widespread acceptance of the others and now the full FDA approval of two "vaccines" - one by Pfizer (Comirnaty) and one by Moderna (Spikevax).
It is almost certainly not going to make it into the U.S. market.
When asked about Covaxin, the depraved Dr. Fauci had this to say..."“We have enough vaccines, the best vaccines available, in the United States.”. . . “I’m puzzled by that question. We have more vaccines than we need right now. We just need the people to get vaccinated with the vaccines that we have. The mRNA vaccines are vaccines that are desired by everyone else in the world. So, we have what we need; we need to use it...We don’t need another vaccine.”
