Discernment Deficiency

Probably the most disturbing reality in the United States today is to see how little discernment so many Christians have.  Many failed to see the critical issues at hand in the election.  Many continue to be tossed around by a media that doesn't share any of our values.  Even after so much of the MSM was clearly exposed for the "fake news" they reported, Christians are still being sucked in and manipulated by the "false narratives" they promote (the Bible calls that LYING).  The media declares that the President is "a liar and a hypocrite" and a "racist", but the Christian men and women who are working closely with him, some of whom are his close spiritual advisors, completely contradict those claims.  There are 4 or 5 who I know would never work for and/or associate with the man if they felt he was characterized as such a person.  So who will we believe?  Who will we trust?  Our brothers and sisters in Christ who are either in his cabinet and/or a part of his staff?  Some of his close spiritual advisors who have been working with him closely for over a year?  (Some even longer than that).  Do not be deceived Christians!  Wake up to the ways you have been and are being manipulate and tossed around by a media that believes in and promotes almost everything followers of Jesus reject.  We are above "identity politics".  We belong to a Kingdom that is NOT of this world – in which there is no male or female, no Jew or Greek, no slave or free, no black or white, no left wing or right wing, no rich or poor.  Our identity in Christ supersedes all of those category distinctions.  I am not a "white male", or whatever the case may be.  I am a follower of Christ.  I am a son in His Eternal Kingdom.  And if you belong to Him, you are my brother or my sister and we are part of a Forever Family.
