LENT 2024 - DAY 24 - but Jesus didn't say "prayer and fasting" (or did He?)

One the theological lies I believed for years was that Jesus actually didn't say the words, "and fasting" in Mark 9:29. Pastors, Biblical scholars, NT textual critics and even my Bible school and Seminary professors all perpetuated this "fake news".

Thankfully, I was able to reassess the actual evidence from Church History and that evidence supports that the original words of Jesus did in fact include "and fasting".
